Facilities & Boarding
With great attention to detail, Joli Cheval offers many benefits to equestrians of all ages and levels of experience. The facilities are strikingly beautiful, while at the same time comfortable, functional and state-of-the-art. We also offer boarding services on a first come, first served basis to Cheval as well as outside residents.
Facility amenities:
- Tuscan-style Boarding Barn with 24 stalls, 8,000 sq. ft. (pictured left)

- Covered arena containing a full dressage ring with sand and felt footing, 200 ft. x 125 ft.
- Outdoor arena for jumping with sand and felt footing, 225 ft. x 140 ft.

Eco-friendly practices:
- O2 composting system for manure recycles waste, which provides fertile soil for pristine pastures; promotes good horse health
- Manure disposal drop-off available for residents of Cheval saves homeowners time and trouble
- Automatic watering systems throughout property saves thousands of gallons of water monthly
- Pelleted wood shavings used in all stalls, (including ten stall lesson barn, left) utilize the bi-product waste of wood processing
Boarding services:
- Wide variety of feed available, including alum.*
- Group and private turnout, behavior based, group size two to four horses. Seasonal turnouts vary: outside daytime in winter; outside nightime during summer months.
- Stall cleaning: pelleted shavings replaced regularly.
- Blanketing: Two types, light/heavy applied below 45°F.*
- Optional Full Care: includes daily grooming and hoof picking.*
